Between 2009 and 2013 Richard Pitt spent time living and working in Ghana, West Africa, and Malawi, establishing homoeopathy in rural areas, developing homoeopathic training programs and teaching local students. Since 2013 he has been an advisor to the Kenya School for Integrated Medicine and is now the Educational Director of the school.
