About this webinar couplet: 

We know the language of patients who require plants, animals or minerals, but how does a patient who needs a sarcode as the similimum express themselves? How do they perceive the world? And how could healthy tissue be a deep disease state?

The sarcodes have a major role in our practice beyond organ support, and are as fundamental as the nosodes. Demonstrated through case studies, this webinar couplet will introduce new ideas and important remedies. It will also be an exploration of the origins of chronic disease. 

It may be said that psora began with the separation of yin and yang. What does this mean? Hormones are the physiological difference between male and female. Oestrogen as Folliculinum has already had a proving, so the next step for Geoff was to prove progesterone and testosterone. In Geoff's words, "this was extraordinary, revealing classic archetypes, and the sensation for the family of blood borne hormones".

What existed before the split of yin and yang, and why did it occur? Can we find clues by ascending the hormone pyramid to the source of sexuality? Geoff then undertook to prove the pituitary hormone Luteinising Hormone (LH) , which causes the production of progesterone and testosterone, and GnRH, released from the hypothalamus, which stimulates LH and Follicle Stimulating Production (FSH) and subsequently all male and female sex hormones. The sensation of GnRH was different and logical, and the archetypal meaning was clear. This led to proving the pineal gland, our third eye, the seat of the soul, the originator of mysticism and transcendental experience, the sixth chakra. It is the beginning. Its archetype is primordial Gaia, the Earth goddess, and melatonin is her messenger.

About the presenter:

Geoff Johnson qualified as a veterinarian in 1987. In 1995, after a homoeopathic prescription for hayfever, he began his homoeopathic studies. He qualified as a veterinary homoeopath in 1999 and in 2001 became the only person qualified in veterinary and human homoeopathy at that time.

Geoff has a busy practice in West Somerset and is a sought after teacher of homoeopathy, lecturing internationally. He currently teaches at three UK homoeopathic colleges. Geoff was one of the founding veterinarians of the Homeopathy at Wellie Level school, which has now trained over 800 farmers.

Spurred on by his interest in the origins of chronic disease, based around the concept of the separation of yin and yang, Geoff conducted the provings of testosterone, progesterone, LH, GnRH, and pineal gland.
