About This Webinar Couplet:

Session 1:  This session will open with a brief discussion of the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system.  The focus will then turn to the upper respiratory tract, starting with clinical examination.  A broad discussion of the pathogenesis of upper respiratory tract disease will be followed by a detailed discussion of homoeopathic medicines that have an action on the upper respiratory system.  This will be a very practical session helping us to deepen our understanding of these medicines and their application, illustrated with brief case studies.

Session 2:  This session will cover clinical examination of the lower respiratory tract and the pathogenesis of lower respiratory tract disease plus a study of chest radiology and the pulmonary function test. A detailed discussion of homoeopathic medicines that have an action on the lower respiratory system will then follow.  This will be another very practical session illustrated with case studies.

 

About the Presenter:

Divya Bhatt has over 11 years of experience as a homoeopath.  Originally from India, she studied medicine and homoeopathy for eight years and has the following qualifications: Bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery, Doctor of Medicine in Organon of Medicine with Homoeopathic Philosophy, and Post Graduate Diploma in Homoeopathy.  As part of her training Divya spent one year as an intern in departments including obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine and surgery in various government hospitals in Bangalore.

She has been in private practice in Australia since 2016 and for several years was a Director on the Board of ARoH.
